What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been placed. You can also choose to pay using ShopPay.

 

Where is my order?

 

Once an order is placed, please allow one to three business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so that you can track your order in transit. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

 

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. We also cannot accommodate any changes to an order once it has been placed. Before you place your order, please confirm that all of your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card details, and product selection is correct, as Skin Avian Cosmetics is not responsible for any mistakes. Thank you.

 

Do you allow refunds or returns?

 

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations or returns. Skin Avian Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse any return at any time.

 

My order says it was delivered but I can’t find it. Can you help?

 

Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or if it has been lost in transit by the carrier. We would be happy to assist you.

 

Can you help with a damaged product?

 

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please complete the contact us form and include a photo of your damaged item within 48 hours of receiving your product. Our customer service team will review it and get back to you.

Are Skin Avian Cosmetics product clean?

 

Yes, our products are clean, cruelty-free, vegan, and formulated without phenoxyethanol, gluten, sulfates, BHT, and PEGs.

 

Are Skin Avian Cosmetics product safe to use with Eczema, Acne, Dermatitis, and other skin conditions?

 

Our products are developed for all skin types, tones, textures, and stages of maturity, and have been extensively evaluated through consumer tests, dermatological trials, and instrumental assessments. However, if you have concerns, we’d recommend conducting a patch test before use and reviewing the ingredient list provided on each product page.

 

Are all products safe to use during pregnancy?

 

All our products are safe and have been developed, manufactured and packaged in compliance with the laws, regulations and guidelines applicable in each country in which they are sold. If you are pregnant or nursing and have any concerns about cosmetic products or ingredients you should discuss these with your healthcare provider.

Packages undeliverable by FedEx, USPS, DHL, and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
